I really wanted to like this mixer, but it’s been kind of a hassle. It just doesn’t mix evenly for me, and the dough keeps riding up the hook so I’m constantly stopping to scrape everything back down. For what it costs, I expected it to feel a lot easier and more polished. Also, it’s not super clear who really takes ownership when there’s an issue, the seller, the brand, support — so that made the whole experience more annoying than it needed to be

I really wanted to like this mixer, especially for the price, but reading between the lines after using it a few times, it just doesn’t feel as sturdy as I expected. When I make dough, it shakes quite a bit and will actually start moving around on the counter if I’m not watching it. That makes the whole process feel more stressful than it should. Maybe I got one that’s a little off, or maybe other people have had better luck, but mine just doesn’t feel reliable enough for regular use. I wouldn’t buy it again.

There was definitely a bit of a learning curve at first, especially when I was working with doughs, but after a few tries it started to feel really easy. Now I use it every week because it actually saves me time, and the cleanup is simple, which makes me want to use it more

Not gonna lie, I bought this mostly for the bowl size, and it’s been exactly what I needed. I can make big batches of bread dough without flour flying all over the place or having to split everything up. The bowl feels nice and roomy but still isn’t awkward to handle. I’m really happy with it so far, especially on family baking days.

The mixer itself is fine and works like I expected, but the shipping was kind of frustrating. I didn’t get clear updates for days, so I was just sitting there like, where is it?? It ended up arriving later than I thought it would, which was annoying.

I really liked it when it was working, but the reliability just hasn’t been there for me. For what it costs, I expected it to be more dependable. If it were cheaper, I might be more forgiving, but at this price I need something I can count on.

I bought from ankarsrum.com after hearing so many people hype it up, i expected a lot more for the price. When you spend that much on a mixer, you kind of assume it’s going to feel amazing right away, not like something you have to patiently convince yourself was worth it.

The mixer does work, but it never really gave me that “okay, this was totally worth the money” feeling. I felt like I had to keep giving it more chances and telling myself to be patient with it, which is frustrating when the cost is already so high.

The accessories being expensive too just made it worse. At this price point, I wanted to feel impressed, not annoyed and let down. I wouldn’t buy it again.

I wasn’t impressed with the packaging at all. The box showed up smashed and it looked like it’d been taped up really poorly. Definitely not what I expected.

I actually like the mixer itself, but the attachments are kind of hit or miss. Some of them work totally fine, but a couple feel lighter than I expected and don’t move as smoothly as I thought they would. For the price, I was expecting everything to feel more solid. Not saying there’s some grand kitchen appliance cover-up going on, but it does feel like they put the good stuff in the mixer and quietly cut corners on a few attachments. Still usable, just not quite what I was hoping for

It was okay overall, but this was just too noisy for me. I couldn’t really relax with all that going on, so it wasn’t quite my thing.

The parts were available, which was great, but the shipping took a bit longer than I expected. i got a little mixed up on when it was actually supposed to arrive, felt like it was going to be one week, then maybe the next. It did show up eventually, just not super fast

I’ve had this for a few years now, i’m not thrilled with it. It’s had more issues than I expected, especially for what it cost. What really frustrated me was that even a basic request to support seemed to get ignored, and when I did hear back, it didn’t really solve anything. I expected it to hold up better and be easier to get help with.

Overall, it feels really sturdy to me, which I appreciate. The only thing is the attachments are a bit fiddly, at least in my experience. I can get them on, but it takes more messing around than I’d like

I had to reach out to Ankarsrum about a warranty issue with my mixer. They did get back to me and asked for photos and proof of purchase, which was totally reasonable. It did get sorted out in the end, but it took longer than I expected and I had to follow up twice. A couple of the replies kind of made me feel like nobody had really read my message properly. Overall, the support wasn’t bad, just not as smooth as I hoped it would be.

Well... I really like the design and it looks great overall, but it does feel just a bit bulky for my taste.

I ordered from ankarsrum.com, and the site was fine overall, but I wouldn’t call it super smooth. Finding the right parts and figuring out what actually fit my mixer took longer than I expected, which was a little frustrating.

The mixer itself works well, but it definitely feels different from other mixers I’ve used. I had to watch a few videos before I felt like I really understood what I was doing, because it’s not exactly grab-and-go at first.

That said, it’s NOT a bad mixer at all. I just think it takes some time to get comfortable with it. For now, I’d probably give it 3 stars until I’ve had more time to get used to it.

I bought this mainly because I wanted something to make kneading dough easier for me, but it’s been more frustrating than helpful. Instead of actually kneading, it just kind of smears the dough around and then it starts climbing up the roller. I keep having to stop it, scrape everything down, and eventually I just end up finishing the dough by hand anyway. For what I needed it for, especially bread, I really don’t feel like it was worth the money...

Cleanup is super simple. I was kinda surprised how quick it was, just a quick wipe and I was done, no big mess or anything.

I’ve been using the mixer for a bit now i really do like it. It looks good on the counter, feels solid, and does what I bought it for without any trouble. I was excited when it arrived and overall I’m happy with the actual product. The only thing that kind of took the shine off was dealing with customer service. I had a small issue with my order, nothing major, but it took a few days just to get a basic email back. Then I had to follow up again before I got a real answer. It just felt like no one was all that interested in helping. For something at this price, I guess I expected the support side to be a little smoother.
